  • Our courier partner is Swiss Post.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not offered.

In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price, Loreta reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order placed for the product at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed and payment has been processed. Any payments received will be refunded in full.

5. Delivery Policy

  • Standard delivery times range between 1–5 business days, depending on location.

  • Delivery timing is subject to Swiss Post's operational capacity.
  • Customers must provide complete and accurate address details.

6. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

  • Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they meet our return policy conditions.
  • Return requests must be submitted through the Orders page in your profile.
  • If the purchase is cancelled prior to delivery, a full refund will be issued.
  • Once delivered, refunds will depend on the condition of the product and packaging and are subject to company's discretion.
  • Manufacturing defects or damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for replacement eligibility.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after inspection approval.
